  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with errors caused by us.

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.

3. Return Pickup & Conditions

If your return is approved:

  • We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address, where possible

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected

4. Refund Process

Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Cash refunds are not issued.

  • Eligible returns will be exchanged for the correct item or resolved through a mutually agreed alternative.

5. Non-Returnable Situations
